I take this as a good trend. I recently heard the
Excursion is getting canned; is this true?
Well, I'm sure you know the Holden Monaro should
arrive stateside and re-badged as the Pontiac GTO
sometime next year. It's probably close to 4000lbs
with a hulking V-8; moreover, the suspension is
actually half-ass decent. Kinda ironic that the
Aussies product is what GM has been looking for. Many
times I feel GM doesn't have a clue what's really
going on in the world besides trucks and Z06s- of
course. It must be the bean counters.
