Thought I would post the latest and greatest as the event is almost here....
Car storage between Tour/Pro - We are renting space in the field next to the
RV camp at $250 for the week. However many people use it is how many ways it
gets divided. With the number of people coming, I would expect the cost to be
very low once it is split up. The RV camp is on the Atwater base and right off
the road out to the site, very convenient.
Tire Services - Thanks to Brett Norgaard, Hoosier West will be sending a truck
for both the Tour and Pro. There's also a rumor that Kumho will be there, but
that is unconfirmed.
Entries - Current entries are at 265.
Run groups - Posted on the SCCA web site.
Saturday Dinner - Catered by Jesus Villareal, it will be the best food in
Atwater for sure. Heck, the BSP-V group was considering not coming until they
heard Jesus was cooking. Alcohol will be available for purchase at the Castle
Cafe adjoining the dinner site. Additional dinner tickets will be available
for purchase.
Raffle - Lots of cool prizes put together by Vic Sias including free tires!
Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
Weather - Current forecast is for mostly sunny to partly cloudy with highs
around 80 degrees. Bueno.
