Expect them to take the initiative and go find it, often they won't bother.

Advertising $$, IMHO, are not well spent on web pages as it is too easy for
a consumer to ignore/delete or otherwise. And many people like to have the
hard copy in fornt of them. Something akin to a feel good for getting
something for your money other than a computer screen of info. We found that
out in our region regrding our newsletter. Going to an entirely electronic
format, at least in this current era, is a mistake.
