Rocky was talking about the boredom factor on I-70 from roughly Kansas City
to Denver... A college buddy of mine (originally from Omaha) once said
that driving I-80 across Nebraska was roughly equivalent to sitting on a
chair in a dark closet for 5 hours... he later amended that after taking a
run on I-70 across Kansas to say that stretch of I-70 was a dark closet,
while I-80 across Nebraska was the same closet, but at least you had a
flashlight with you... Having driven both pieces of road, I tend to agree.
