Civic Si ('89-'91)
A Civic DX from Japan is not listed on the Appendix A line with your Civic
Si car model. My read is that only items from Civic Si models during the
years '89-'91 can be swapped around on your car within the rules. Your
foreign Civic DX engine swap sounds intriguing but would probably not be
legal in C/SP.
