Projected savings to SCCA is 2.5 MILLION over next ten years. Lets see spend
$500,000 (this assumes all 50 would be offered a move package and accept) to
save $2,500,000. Not a difficult decision.

I dunno about the going rate for new SRF's, but $500,000 would be almost
a quarter million less than the rent each year at the current location.
If the rent at the new location is less than $200,000 the first year,
the club's ahead, already.
