Not sure who you are referring to here, but I was one who replied to his 
request.  I mentioned my limited personal experience and based my comments 
on that experience, as did most others.  While you seem to prefer that no 
one say anything unless adequately qualified, I didn't see any other 
competitors jumping up to help this guy out and I think we wanted to chime 
in with our own related experiences in an effort to give some kind of 
help.  Maybe not as directly related as yours, but similar experiences can 
and often do apply.  

Question for you:  If you have the experience and the answers this guy is 
looking for, why do you stay quiet?
