I am considering selling some of the Rx-7 stuff I have and am wondering
about what kind of prices I should be looking for. First thing is a 1st
gen Rx-7 GSL-SE body minus engine and tranny, it has a leather interior,
minus
center console, and all the suspension, A/C plumbing, glass, etc. It is in
perfect condidtion, as in, no rust, oxidation or damage anywhere. It
honestly looks like it has been kept in a bubble car cover for its entire life.
The second thing is a streetported 13B motor. It was built by Rotary
Engineering (now defunct) in California in about '96 from new japan
sourced parts and has around 30k on it. It is a normally aspirated
4-port, which lends itself to the porting better than 6-port motors, and
has a sidedraft Mikuni with RB alum. intake
manifold. You cant find N/A 4 ports, all 4-ports were turbo motors, so
it is unique. It pulls great and when tuned right should put out around
210-220 hp, non-turboed.
What kind of price range should I be looking for for this stuff (honestly)
as I cant find anything to compare it to?
Thanks for any tips.
