I need to know if your campus has put together a car club, as we are starting
one here at James Madison U (in Va). I need to konw a few things from you
guys - Please reply to me privately with the following information:
No. Of Members
Types of Events
Is your club a university recognized or sponsored club, or is it informal?
Do you autocross on campus?
If so, how did you set this up (i.e. who did you talk to to arrange the
event)?
Is the event scca sanctioned/insured?
Is autocross an integral part of your club?
What is your club's website?
Any other helpful information you can give in getting a club setup that you
can provide
we have 99% headway and need some more info just to see what we're missing
and more specifically in convincing the university that autocrossing is safe
and fun and holds no liability to them (which is easier if it is an scca
sanctioned event), as i would like to host one on campus.
