On a Ford relay is the attached graphic. Are they telling me that if no voltage is applied to 1 and 2, then 3 and 4 are connected. What two are connected when you apply voltage to 1 and 2. There a several of these relays in the fuse box under the hood of my 2000 Lightning. I am trying to change the logic on the fog lights.
