Yoko AVS Intermediates

Speaking of tires recently, I've been searching high and low for a set of
Yoko AVS Intermediates in 205/45/16 size.  Yoko, of course, discontinued the
tire in that size many months ago and Tire Rack and Discount Tire are out of
stock.

If anyone has any good leads on finding this tire, I'd certainly appreciate
the help.
