They swap every year except in the years when they don't.
Not quite as wiseass an answer as that seems. Theoretically they swap, but
then they also look at previous year's entry and attempt to divine what a
50-50 balance might be, so one class or another that ran Thu-Fri last year
may end up there again this year.
They usually announce around March/April or so what classes will run what
days. The specific run groups (which heat, which course) don't come out
until late August.
