F Prepared rules

Hi List,
I am knew here and need to ask a few questions. I have the 99' SCCA
Solo rule book and they don't list F Prepared although I have seen cars
set
up for it. Mainly Datsun 240 and 260 Z's. In the book I have they list
them as
A Prepared. Can someone clarify this for me .

I also need some information on 240Z set up for BSP. I am trying to set
my
car up, but don't want to waste money on things I don't need .
