sucker cars legal in SM?????

went digging in the rules.

looks to me like sucker cars are legal under the
current SM rules.
Unless I missed something?
Skirts are legal, even movable ones tied to the suspension.
Hoods are optional, and powerplants are unlimited.

so someones motor could have a REALLY BIG fan on it
sucking air from under the car and blowing it out 
where the hood used to be.

Unless I missed something????????????
