One think about the Civic of your generation. The headrest pillar does that
funky off from the side thing. I have a Pyrotech 3" harness in my 92 Si and
it tends to slip off my right shoulder when tight. (It is a Y type shoulder
harness that is mounted quite a ways back in the hatch) The quick fix I use
is a Nylon dog collar around the harness and the headrest pillar to keep it
in place. I think that a Rallye 4 having two mounting points int the rear
would help this from being a problem for you also. (We have one in our Neon)

Alvin,
I also use the Schroth Ralleye and am quite happy with it. It is terrific
especially because you don't have to drill holes in the car. You will
probably want the shoulder pads too.. they make it a whole lot more
comfortable when yo cinch things down. If at all possible in your car, try
and get set it up so you get the straightest pull over the seat. The belt I
use mounts to the rear passenger bolt on the "C" pillar, and it does pull
slightly on the right shoulder.. You'll never notice it after the flag
drops!!
