  It's not a federal law, its not even a state law in most states, and its not
even a county law  many others, in fact, my 911 is registered in Mason county
Wa., they don't require a smog check of any kind, and what do you do with the
older cars (like mine) it never had a cat, are you gonna make me put a cat on
anyway?? So then lets make the SP cars so they must pass smog where the person
lives! Yea, that'll work! I mean, that wont give guys like me an advantage
over a guy from the city or anything ;-)
