Now that's an interesting question. One consideration would be airflow
velocity expected. I don't think it moves at 140 mph (or even 60mph)
through a heater core! Ability to withstand "missiles" such as high
velocity bugs might be another consideration. Don't have a clue regarding
any heat transfer considerations. Sure should be able to handle vibration,
at least at big diesel frequencies which, unfortunately, are a whole lot
lower than motorcycle rev ranges.
