In a word yes, in more words.... You should really check out the boards on
the SAOCA site if you have not done so it is where all the traffic has gone.
I think being able to check out what is happening from any PC and not just
your one email account has something to do with the popularity, then it is
possible to post pictures, there is a for sale/wanted and a ton of nice
folks many of the same ones who use to be on this email are there and a
bunch of new folks too. There is a different club associated with the board
than TE/AE [I am a member of both by the way] but you do not have to be a
member to play. You do have to log in to post and some folks have a little
trouble getting their PC set up to get in if they are running a firewall but
it is not all that bad to figure out. It is the place to go if you want to
know what is shakin in the Alpine world today... dinners ready come eat
