Sort of,
There is supposed to be a ground strap from a timing cover bolt to the chassis
at one of the motor mount bolts.

As I recently installed the engine/trans combo on my SV, I noticed there
was only a ground strap between the transmission mount and the frame.
Is there suppose to be another ground strap from the engine mount to the
frame?
