I've had a similar situation, where the inner core of the hoses disintegrated.

However, it would be most unlikely that both would deteriorate at precisely 
the same time. You should therefore expect that the first symptom would be 
the brakes pulling to one side, as one hose only gets blocked.

If it came on both side simultaneously, then the Servo (Booster) or a more 
likely suspect.
