Lucas 4TR Voltage Regulator

I know this is a long shot- but does anybody know the characteristics of
the thermistor in the Series V voltage regulator?  (model Lucas 4TR). 
Better yet, what a suitable replacement thermistor would be.

I'm repairing the one in our car. The diode and power transistor need to be
replaced and those aren't hard to figure out, but the thermistor was broken
apart.  It seems to be about 85 ohms, but I'm not sure.  I don't know the
thermal response, either.
