I have a query about original paint samples from a Talbot 90 owner in
our club.
Ian, Jan, any info about paint colour that translates from 60's Alpines
to 50's Talbots?
Bob H. can you help from a 'proper' Alpine perspective?

Oh, we are in Australia, but we do get the big name paint companies
here.

I am trying to find out what colours were applicable to my 1953 MK2a
Talbot
90.
When I check the web site in England there are numerous colours for
Sunbeams
in that year.
I really need to see the colours and wonder if anyone might know of a
paint
supplier that has the colour selection and can show me a sample.
As the car is being stripped back I have the option of changing the
colour,
but I want to be sure that the new colour is correct for the model and
year.
The current colour is a light blue which was over sprayed with a
metallic
blue.
If I am stuck I will revert to the original colour, but it looks a
little
drab.
Any help will be appreciated.
