        Bill:

Probably your hazard flasher switch. Operate the switch a few
times and make sure it is in the fully home position.

Do the repeaters flash when you turn the hazard flashers on? Yes
- then your wiring is fine. Your turn signal flasher is shorted, or you
have short between the hazard switch and the turn signal switch. If not,
then you have a shorted repeater.

Disconnect the rear wiring harness (plug is behind the LH
footwell kick panel). Do your turn signals operate now? If yes, the
problem is in the rear of the car. No - the problem is in the front of
the car.

Reconnect the rear harness. Disconnect the front repeaters
(inside the engine compartment). Do the rear turn signal operate? Yes -
front repeater is shorted. No - TS flasher is shorted, or short in
wiring between hazard switch and surn signal switch.

        Vance
