  I'm with Vance on this.  It sounds like you may have a wiped lobe on one of 
the cam lobes for the #2 piston.  Obviously you can check it by looking at the 
operation of the rockers for the #2 piston.  Nothing else (that I can think 
of-which is no doubt a lot) makes any sense.
