I would not be so hard on TW.  Every time that I publish something I am
always required to sign a copyright release and in it I declare that the
work is totally mine and that I am holding the publisher harmless for any
liability from publishing the piece.  The publisher has to rely on the
integrity of the authors.  I suspect, once this is verified, TW will NEVER
take another piece from someone who has done this. Regards to the group.
