Hi folks,
I've obtained an addco rear sway bar (thanks Mike Lunsford), and I' m just
getting around to mounting it. Can someone describe how the brackets attach to
the frame? Obviously the frame has to be drilled somehow. The kit comes with
a bracket that consists of a u-clamp and backing plate. I would assume that
the backing plate should be attached in such a way that the nuts attached to
the u-clamp don't pull through the frame. The arms of the u-clamp are very
short, suggesting that somehow they end up inside the box frame? What do I do
with the backing plate? Someone please help me make sense of what should be
obvious.
