Ken,

Rebuilding my carbs and properly adjusting them caused my gas mileage to go 
from about where you are up into the low 20's around town and the higher 20's 
for a highway "like" trip.

I used the www.buckeyetriumphs.org site as my guide for both the rebuild and 
the tuning.
