Hi List,
I'm going to be moving soon and want to flat tow my 6 with my Jeep Grand
Cherokee V8. I know I'll have no problem re: the ability to tow but would
rather skip disconnecting the driveshaft. My 6 has OD and I've heard from both
sides of the aisle re: no I can't do it w/o disconnecting the driveshaft or
else I run the risk of damaging the tranny and/or OD. Others say no problem.
Has anyone on the list flat towed their TR6/250 for any appreciable distance
(ie: 1000 miles) without disconnecting the driveshaft and came away with no
tranny/ OD problems as a result?
