| Chris, If everything else fails, heat will do the trick. MAPP gas is sold in a bottle the same size as the small propane torches but is much hotter. It can be purchased at most auto parts stores as well as Wal-mart, etc. Apply heat to the brackets to get them to expand from around the bolts. Combined with the other suggestions one should work.
