Mark,

It's time to be analytical, inspect everything!

Changing calipers will not help, based on the information you have
given!

Subject: Problem: Grooving brake rotors

The front brake rotors on my TR250 are developing grooves very quickly -
like
10 miles after brand new. The rotors just removed had only a few
hundred
miles on them and a deep (looks deep, probably 1/16) about one third of
the
way out from the center. One groove. Matching hump on brake pad. Both
front
rotors. Installed new rotors and new pads. Same problem starts.

Any ideas? Planning to change calipers.

Anybody else experience this?
