| RA,II----It's also possible that JKJ is using a disc of unknown material between the flywheel and the (Sachs) pressure plate. Racers out there would know if the rules allow this. Years ago, my TR was a test mule for a "special" clutch disc and weight-bobbed pressure plate for CenterForce. While it clamped as expected, it also dug its way into flywheel sooner than I liked. In about 30,000 miles, resurfacing was necessary. The Borg & Beck clutch provided the basic hardware for the CF conversion. Dick |
