Yes. Apple Hydraulics and at least one other (sorry can't recall the
company name - in Wisconsin somewhere) can rebuild your shocks.

I've had 6 or so done over the years and am a satisfied customer of Apple
Hydraulics. I think the cost is $59 for a regular rebuild and $69 for a
"heavy duty" rebuild. If you've changed your spring rates (as in using
non-stock springs) you should do the heavy duty valving.
