Mark,

>From my experience nothing adheres to POR15 once it has cured, even paint. What
you need to do is use the "Tie-Coat" primer, available from them, before the
POR15 has finished curing. After it dries, then you will be able to apply a top
coat. Talk to your dealer and he may give you more details.
