- A rebuilt Lucas isn't going to help. What would help is chasing down all the dubious connections and tired contacts/filaments/flasher that keep your turn signals from working on just the battery. Or

- My suggestion (and what I did) is to have the pulley machined to suit the alternator instead of the other way around. Easier (hence cheaper) and you're more likely to want to replace the alternator
