Late last fall I took advantage of Simpson's belt service avertised in one of the many auto magazines I get. I received a "Y" type harness qwhich had to be returned for two individual shoulder straps

Correct me if I am wrong, but the alleged failure of Earnhardt's belt was never establishes and/or made public. Of more significance is the fact that Bill Simpson is no longer associated with Simpson
