What bushings did you install? If they are the rubber type, you must have the wheels fully loaded with weight of the car when you tighten the suspension. Not doing this will cause the car to sit too

Proper ride height for the chrome bumper B is 13.5 inches measured from the centre of the wheel to the bottom edge of the chrome trim strip. I have heard that it is best not to judge the ride height

I installed a combination of poly and rubber bushes. The full weight of the car was on the suspension before tightening, so I should be OK there. Based on your spring table, it looks like I have RB
