Sorry for the obvious one -- but did you bleed the clutch system after reinstalling it? Also, is the bleed screw on the slave cylinder on top, or on bottom? It should be on top, so that air bubbles

Some thoughts: Any chance that the clutch disc was put in backwards? Did you slide the disc up and down the input shaft prior to reassembly to check for burrs or rough spots that could cause it to ha
