This sounds exactly like the door pull from the earlier TR cars. What you describe sounds a lot like the door pull used on the TR250/TR5/TR4A. It could be just the door pull, or the door panels, plus

If I remember right, the door lock was separate from and below the door handle on TR4, TR4A, TR250 and TR5. With the TR6 it was made integral with the handle. Other than that, I don't know how you'd
