I have always seen replacement pumps with a press on pulley already attached. Of course, the original pump pulley was bolt on. I am assuming that the old pulley is not useable or damaged? I do have s

Yup, you've got one of the repro pumps. Frankly, they're lying through their teeth. This has been a problem for about five or six years now. You can either add a spacer (bad fix) or grind the pump bo

Just to add to this topic: Hal, I don't think the pumps with the pressed-on pulley are available anymore. The last time I saw one of those was 1983. All you can buy now are the QH water pumps and the
