Hi Andy, Before you panic about 1500 engine "bored to maximum" consider buying special pistons slightly over current size. That way you get more life out of the engine, more power and less expenditur

Hi Ray, My TF engine has a plate on the side giving details of the Crank Journal size, and Cylinder Bore size, so maybe it is. Regards David Tinker

I believe that the real Gold Seal engines had a plate on the engine that stated that such was the case. Were they gold in color? I guess they may have been when fresh from the shop.. BUT........l, t
