Richard, I cannot really comment about simple green as a tank solvent, but I have been using super Agitene in my 30 gal parts washer for a couple years now, and it is just great. Works like a champ,

I've had Simple green eat paint. It also doesn't protect against rust, and I'm not sure that it's all that good for aluminum. I wouldn't use it myself unless there wasn't anything better available. T

For a minute I was afraid naptha had gotten EPA illegal or something but I called my local oil distributor and it's still a buck eighty-five in bulk. $18.50 for 10 gallons of naptha 24.00 for 2 cases
