I see the logic. It's just the compressibility of air trapped in the line I was concerned about (same principle as brake lines) but maybe that's not so important here. What I'll do is try and top up

I had my oil line disconnected and never had any problems with the air trapped. some of the oil will drain into the oil pan and leave the oil pressure hose anyway. at least that is my thinking. and a
