- Here in CA (and probably much of the States) the 'gasoline' we get is about 10 percent ethanol already. Bleech. (Though much preferred to MTBE). Too much ethanol will cause the rubber components to

- Ethanol has to be run lots richer than gas. You would have to completely rejet the carb. A friend of mine used to race speedway bikes on Methanol. After the night of racing the fuel system was draine
