Doug Jennings of Tiger Auto in Ohio was selling a kit with master cylinder and the 2 rear brake cylinders. He states that they are sized to work without the booster. I do not know the price. Tiger A

Bob, one of the easiest ways is to get better brake pads. Stock pads have a Cd of around .25-.30. I use Porterfield R4-S pads with a Cd of .40. Here is the formula. T=R*A*F*N *P T=total system torque

I recently switched from a stock master cylinder to a smaller diameter. I believe the new one is 0.75" and I think was standard in the early Alpines. The one I got had to have the push rod modified

Get the Jennings brake parts. The parts he supplies work well and the larger rear cylinders make the rear brakes useful. You will have to adjust rear brakes more often to reduce pedal travel. John L
