- CarCraft did some work on a SB chevy and found no restriction or power changes from a 14 x 6" cleaner down to a single 6 x 2". The difference is how dirty it can get before it starts to matter. Sure

- I read the article too, & the point made was that once the air cleaners were dirty, the whole situation of air flow changed to the worse, & the paper cleaners got dirty & restrictive fairly quickly,
