Jim, Are we having fun yet!!! Jim dont use spacers (motor to bell) I would look at how much I can grind off the end of the crank that hold pilot bush. I think the bush sits .200 tho. inside the crank

Jim, The quick and dirty solution, if there is enought meat on the end of the crank to do so, is to countersink the pilot bushing to allow space for the input shaft, or chamfer the end of the crank.
