Some of what HF sells is Goodyear branded. I picked up 50' of black rubber Goodyear hose from them ~5 years ago, and it's holding up well. It's not the most flexible stuff in the world, but it works.

I've got a couple of their hoses. The rubber ones aren't too bad. The vinyl works fine in the summer but gets stiff when it gets cold. In a warm climate even the vinyl would work fine. Randy ________

I don't think of HF as poor quality....it is just that they are worth what you pay for them. Most of the stuff is OK for the hobbyist. As for the air line...don't buy rubber but pay a little more for
