I used to run 205/50-15 on my old Corrado. I think the best performance for the $ is Pirelli P700Z from tirerack. I ran through 2 sets of these and had no complaints regarding street, rain, or autox

There should be plastic doodads which fit on top of the struts. They may still be in the box. When I had the struts put on my GSL-SE the mechanic left them in the box (and was throwing the box away!)
