- Yep, Real problem with autocrossing too. Both my Six and 250 which have the Bergs like to run out of gas during tight left handers. I have heard that one can adjust the float levels to compensate but

- Well here is my 2c worth. I would keep them as originality is sort after and I have lots of problems letting things go. In my case I have a car that is mostly original with a few non original bits. I

- Depends a lot on where you are. In AZ in the summer, black tops are killers. So if heat is a concern, go with tan... or better still, white. Joe black Well Black & Tan has often been my choice... htt

- I just got a '75 TR6 that came with Stromberg carbs. There are no tags on them but "175 CD-2" is stamped on the top cover. I would like to rebuild them by using the correct rebuild kit and literatur

- Dear Ken, The set screw into the side of the piston is there to prevent the needle assy from turning as you adjust the mixture screw. When you remove this "set screw" then the whole assy will rotate

- James, I can't speak to the value of the carbs. However, I can remember _giving_ a pair of 175CD Strombergs from a 1964 TR4 to a friend with a 1970 Volvo 144 Wagon (back in the early 1980s) The Volvo
