I'm having a heck of a time installing new dust boots and caliper pistons on my TR250 16P calipers. Is there a trick to this? Seems impossible to put the dust boot on after the piston is in the cali

If it is similar to a TR4 then that is how it goes. I use mild air pressure into the caliper (with the opposite piston inserted w/o seal) to inflate the boot and make it want to slip over the piston.

I've had luck using compressed air to "inflate" the boot as the piston is presented to the boot. Dave
